BMW E39, 6cyl only

Must have NO rust. None.
I will consider NO 540i's.
Will travel for a good one.
Looking to spend $4K+ (Not wanting a needs-TLC car)

Wagons are fine, and even clean automagics are fine.
I want a clean car with no more than very basic mods.


My only strong preference (beyond no-V8) is paint: If it's Aspen Silver or a funky color, I'd tolerate more.
