I had shit hours at my job so I could almost never get to any get together type events when I had my V70R.

That is funny, 'cause I moved last fall. I'm over on the savage/prior lake border now, by 13 and 42.
Now that I have "normal" work hours I hope to get out to more events.
Well, I'm back in a euro.
I traded off the 350Z for a '12 GLI when my commute distance doubled and time quadrupled. It's still good fun, and I'm getting 30mpg (not 18) to boot.

thanks all for your input, if I go with a used car vs a new lease, I think a 24v VR6 is the top choice (GTI or GLI).
I'm getting rid of my 350Z and building a Caterham type race car, so I'll need a daily driver.
On my short list is a Mk4 GTI/GLI with a vr6 (no 1.8T for me) and I'm asking what to look for/trouble...

you're gonna need way more studs than that, when they are spaced that far apart it'll just rip out through the carcass, also make sure you are using washers on the inside that are 100% wider than...

the LIGHT means your suspension is in highway mode/height.
it's the highway mode button for the adjustable height suspension.
Usually they employ a "bang-bang" system that dumps fuel into the exhaust manifold to keep the turbo spooling and the excess pressure is bled off at the blow-off valve, usually a chirping/whooshing...
