That whole area of 494 in both directions looks like a mine field. Some of the worse pot holes I've ever seen. The entrance and exit ramps are horrible too.

There is work being done on charging stations that will be able to recharge a battery to 80% in 20 minutes. Probably not great for long term battery health but its progress.
