Greetings members,

Just wanted to say a quick hello to everyone out there. My name is Chad and I've been heavy into the Euro scene for the last 4 years (mainly BMW). I currently own a Jet Black 2000 BMW 323Ci. I've done a ton of work on it to get it to it's present state. I will be showing at the Eurowerks show this year. I'm excited to be a part of the forum.

Regards,

Chad

Here is where the car stands right now.

I need to find a reputable shop to install the GTR CF M3 hood. Right now the fender line and the hood don't line up. If anyone has shop suggestions I would love to get a good referral for an area shop.

Here is a picture we took during test fitting. I'll try and post a list of everything I did to it so far, but that will take a bit of time. :)

So far "go" mods would include Conforti ECU, ECIS intake, Exhaust, and SSK. Pully's will be added before the summer and then my big winter 09' project will hopefully be a AA supercharger. My wife and I are expecting our second so the AA kit is going to take some sweet talk for that to take place. All in due time I guess. I don't see me selling the car anytime soon so I have time. :)

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I'm excited to get to know all of you.

In all honesty, the car is not fast by any means. I would estimate it pushes about 170whp, but I have never dyno'd it, nor will I at this point. Stock Hp for a 323 is 170 to the flywheel, but when you account for the rating is at the flywheel + the straightpipe exhaust, ECU, and intake, I would say I am at around 170whp. Understand too that I am riding on 19" wheels and 235/35/19 tires so they add a lot of weight to the corners. I am more about the looks than speed right now as I'm almost 30 and have gotten my speed addiction mostly out of my system. (We'll have to see what happens if I add some boost in the future.)

Thanks again for the kind words everyone and it's a pleasure to meet you all. So far I have to say I really like the forum. It's such a nice change from E46 Fanatics where I spend most of my time. You don't get the bickering and fighting in here like you do over there. I am so excited to meet everyone at Eurowerks this year. Please come over and say hello. Hopefully I can meet some of you before then!
