This guy wants some realistic flames painted on his Chevy nova, so I'm doing up a test panel for him.

Here is the kicker, he's painting it orange

John, yes i airbrushed it and they're pretty easy once you figure it out.

I like to do mine a little different than your typical fire. People usuallly have referance photos they work off but fire doesn't photograph like it actually looks like in person. what I try to accomplish is what it looks like in person.

I really like it when people can accomplish that correctly.

Nice avatar. I remember when the kid came in to pick up your emblems for your christmas present. It was a tough conversation, but I got through his jibberish. :P

Those look awesome.

I saw some flames on a Rod once, and you would have sworn they were real... very impressive.

Smoking, way cool. Read about it but haven't tried it yet. Maybe later this semester.
