From alll the research I did for coils, everyone recommended the bilsteins for great riding and the H&Rs for insane slam. I had FKs and liked them alot. The were even comfortable when it was slammed. If I had a MKIV again... I would choose the bilsteins.

unless you need the adjustability just get a nice cup kit.

^^^ werd.
A CupKit will not give you a slammed look, but you will really like it, very streetable.
And as far as I am concerned... Koni+H&R Race > VMaxx

Konis are terrible for adjusting cuz the spinals dont have that many groves for the wrench to grab onto so its hard to reach.

I am not going for the all out slammed look. I am not worried about that i want the best possible ride and performance out of coils and from my reading and searching i have found bisteins have been the best for these things
billstiens pss9s are good, but IF you ever want that slammed look dont get pss9s, they dont go that low

The Vmaxx are ok. For the price they do what they do. The first few blocks in the cold kinda suck. I would not say they are a track set to say the least. They are not bone jaring either
