the Long Ball Rally team has put together a rally to eurowerks 6. We had a huge amount of cars head out to euro hangar and it'd be neat to see the same! Spread the word on this and help them support our show. Perhaps we could have a few folks escort again? Let your out of town folks know whats up!

Here is the relevant info to pass along!

rallyWERKS II will be leaving the Chicagoland area on Friday July 20th at 9:00 am. The route for the drive from Chicago to Minneapolis is approximately 7 hours and covers just shy of 400 miles. Taking into consideration stops to pick up folks along the way, fill-ups and a stop somewhere along the way to eat, we're planning on the entire drive taking approximately 8 hours.

The Starting Point will be the Lake Forest Oasis on I94 (13783 West Oasis Service Road, Lake Forest, IL 60045), which is located about 1 mile North of E Townline Road. This way city dwellers and suburbanites alike can all have a more convenient place to hook up and roll out. Please be at the Oasis by 8:30 so that we can be on the road and making our way to the Milwaukee stop, by no later than 9:00.

Stop #1 will be just west of Milwaukee at the Pewaukee Park And Ride - Exit 291 (approximate address = 2999 Golf Rd Pewaukee, WI 53072). Travel time from the starting point is approx. 1.5 hours, which should put us at the Park & Ride by roughly 10:30 AM.

Stop #2 will be in Tomah at the Loves Travel Spot - Exit 48 (220 N Oakwood St, Tomah, WI 54660). Travel time from Stop #2 is approximately 2.5 hours, so we should be arriving at right around 1:00. This is our last scheduled stop, so fuel up!

The final leg of the trip see's us bombing straight into Minneapolis, and should take about 3.5 hours, which should see us arriving at the hotel by about 4:30.

These times are just estimates, and don't take into consideration waiting around at meet-up spots, potty breaks, and stopping to eat. However, we'll do our best to stick to this timeline.

It would be nice if they had a stop near Eau Clair like last year. I doubt anybody will drive to Tomah or further to escort the rally in.

I live in La Crosse, so a stop in Tomah would be awesome.
