I know there have been lots of people who have not received their eurowerks merchandise or have had to contact us about the status.

I want to apologize for this, I got behind when we got a large amount of orders over a short period of time and some orders got missed. As of last Thursday every order has been sent out.

Sometimes hiccups happen. The one time I ever had an issue with an order it was fixed pretty much immediately. You guys do a great job and it's appreciated.

Man does the post office suck, finally got my package today. It was postmarked June 13...a full 7 business days.
