Just wondering if anyone knows the average price to get say a 4x100 wheel filled and then redrilled to 5x100?

Last time I talked (been 5 months or so) to Bill at kamjee tool and die it was 5$ per hole to fill and 5$ per drilled hole. This only works assuming the wheels in question have a flat back mounting surface and have some sort of center cap to cover the work done on the face.
The guy does awesome work at a great price so don't waste his time.

I called him about a month ago, said it would be anywhere between $100 to $200 dollars. but that was for 5x112 to 5x100, with a flat hub.
*edit: upon further numbers crunching, I have come to the conclusion that you and I said the same thing in different terms... woops.
