Hmm...I don't know if it's region blocked. I did a whois lookup and determined it to be a co.uk based region, then routed the site through a UK based proxy so the site would think that I was accessing from internally in the UK and it still didn't work at all. Maybe the site is just having issues or something else is going on?

The WRC site sucks. I was on it the other day and it kept timing out and being generally annoying.
