If you got 6K cash, you could buy my red one and drop it off at the shop of your choice to have a turbo kit and LSD installed and be right around 6K depending one what kit you went and how much install runs.

This really isn't for sale, but as they say anything is for sale for the right price.

Keep in mind that the MK2s did not come with a VR6 or any sort of 'charging from the factory.

If you want a VR6 or Turbo... ot will be custom, which means it could be tempermental / not easy to fix. The VR6 is a solid engine, and if installed correctly should not give you many issues... but you won't be able to take it many places for repair either.
