Well, I posted this in the members section but thought I might let everyone know. Rock falls racing is tomorrow (sport compact day) and it\'s $37 to race. You usually get a bunch of passes and it\'s always fun trashing hondas. I\'ll be heading out early as I think gates open at 8:00. I\'ll double check that later. Anyone else going? I\'m sure some volksport and mnsc people are going.

Ya\'ll missed a good time.
My best run was a 15.84.
T\'was my first time, on stock rubber.
Class winner.

I know it can be better but it was my first time (of many hopefully) and I was just out to have a good time. And to all those that flame sport compact day for the crowd, I got 10 runs in and even took an hour long brake before eliminations. I could\'ve gotten 13 or so in no problem!

Anyone know what a pro driver can do in a stock 12V VR6 Jetta?

Was thinking of going that weekend but I just got my car, I\'m kinda loathe to go beat the absolute piss out of it just yet. I already popped a hole in the exhaust from racing around with an SVT Fukkus (stupid vacuum leak, I should\'ve destroyed that dumb little POS), so I really don\'t wanna pop a hole in something more important til I do a compression test and other fun things. I might make it out to the last Sport Ricer day.

Cool! So that was you I saw there. My best was 13.9 @100, and I eliminated myself during the 1st round after trials by red lighting. :laugh:

Not bad! What\'s your best run with that car so far? I was in the stands towards the end of time trials and everyone was like. Wow, that little Volkswagen is damn fast, blah, blah, blah. It was funny.
