I had a dream that someone stole my rims out of my garage last night. odd.

Good luck finding the culprit. People suck sometimes.

No. Went out to grab a set to sell to a guy. Have a window all boarded up, they had to hit it with somthing hard to knock out all the nails and leave two holes two inch wide.

But my dad said there was a dark trunk with ladder racks that been around alot.

I found my stolen wheels at the pawn shop up off 81 in crystal a couple months back. I would check local pawn shops. Thieves are stupid, they sold the wheels not even 10 mins down the road about 2 weeks after the crime.

Is that first set the ones I sold you?

They could have been taken by a scrapper, they usually don't break in but my friends have had wheels taken from places you wouldn't expect anyone to look

I don't get how ballsy criminals are. If I heard a noise in my garage or saw someone in my car I would not hesitate to shoot. So them risking being shot for 100 bucks in rims at a pawn shop doesn't make sense. But I will give them the .75 cents worth of lead at a muzzle velocity of 2200 FPS for free.

and you guys are the reason people shouldn't have guns. Please be able to identify the subject before you start shooting. Thanks.

When did I say I can't identify someone before I shoot? Don't be in my garage taking my things. I know who belongs on my premises. Please tell me why I shouldn't have guns. Because I will use them to protect my family and my belongings?

If you shoot someone trying to steal something from your garage, and they do not pose a DIRECT threat to you life, yet you choose to fire upon them you are breaking the law in MN.

This. As much as I would want to shoot them.

And if they do pose a direct threat? If you are in my garage then you broke into my house to get there. And if you are willing to break into my house to steal something, then you are engaging in illegal behavior which also means you would likely harm me if given the chance. I have been through numerous training classes and tactical courses I know how and when to use my guns and how to do so effectively. And just because something is against the law does not mean it is right or it influences someones decisions.

And if they do pose a direct threat?

In some situations you'd be good to go.

Just hope that when the cops show up there's a weapon near the freshly deceased and that you didn't shoot him in the back.

A good example would be the teenage murder in Rosemount a few years ago.

Kid A hit kid B with a rock in a sock, as kid A was leaving, kid B stabbed him in the back with a steak knife and killed him.

It didn't turn out well for either of them.

I always wondered what would happen if you double or triple tap someone and they spin around and take one in the back? I seriously ponder this question a lot, how it would be looked upon. The rule is shoot till the threat is neutralized, so bam bam bam in the chest, he spins and bam in the back..... how do they view it?
