Hey guys.
My car got broken into last night in St. Paul. They smashed the right rear passenger's window, but didn't take anything (what the heck).

Obviously I need a new window, lol.

If you got one, let me know and I'll buy it from you! Thanks.

Also, if you know how to remove/install them, I would like to know how to go about that process. Thanks

Sucks!

Is that a weight reduction mod, therefore rendering you ineligible for tomorrow auto x?

I'll email Charles for clarification.

Let me know if you need help or anything, I'll be around for most of the day.

No comprehensive insurance? Most policies in MN have no deductible for glass.

Oh no man. That's terrible. Sorry to hear that. I know SO many people that had there windows broke and car abused in St. Paul.

Progressive has a $250 deductable for any glass. Figure I can find a window at a yard for like $30. Anyone know how to DIY? I cleaned it all up and removed the window seal. Does the window just pop out/up once you have the seal and clamps removed from the bottom?

And yeah it was weird that they didn't take anything. I had two gym bags, two pairs of shoes (that I was jokingly complaining they didn't take afterwards), a brand new jacket in the back seat. Luckily BMW has double locks, so the doors cannot be opened from the inside once locked. So I'm sure they busted it, tried to open the door and couldnt. Good thing too cause I had a GPS and Ipod in the front. Suckers.

Word on the street is Thull has a window? Erik told me to try him. PM'ing now.

And Johnny Tran might kick me out of STX. lol.

Come in my house, leave glass all over the place, disrespect my family.

I have full glass, no deductible on my E30 with progressive. It's around $28/yr extra.

I have some broken glass you can put in the back seat for weight.
