you might want to post the widths of the wheels, offset and the tire sizes.

From what i recall, these looked like 16x7.5 with like a 35 offset or something and probably a 205/40/16

the black stuff that is bubbled up is likely just the silicone used to reseal the wheels when they were reassembled. which is one good reason to use clear silicone
