"Western Wheel Corp" in raised text on the back. They're a little dirty but could look really sharp cleaned up a little. All of em have a little crubage, nothing major though. They're all straight, no dents or wobbles.

Offset is not written on the wheels anywhere. Come over and we can try them out if you're local and interested.
