Lucas Oil Nationals at BIR

I was at BIR last Sunday for the finals of the NHRA Lucas Oil Nationals. It had been 18 years since I was up at the drag races at BIR and I had a great time. There is nothing like an 8,000 HP Top Fuel dragster going 0 to 300 mph in less than 4 seconds!

Nice pics! Wish I could have made it up there, but we'll be there this weekend for motorcycle racing and they also have drags going as well.

Pit bikes are pretty common up at BIR. Best way to get around!
