I have screened in porch that was battered and bruised during a hailstorm two years ago.
Some neighbors and I "fixed" it last summer and although I was grateful for the help, my neighbors did a piss poor job.
The screens have been loose and rattled form day one and now one is ripped out necessitating full overhaul by a professional or at least someone with experience in such matters.
I had lined up four estimates, three didn't show or call and the one guy did smelled like gin at 11AM and his bid was insulting.
I have a ranch style house and the porch is about 10 feet off the ground, I will post some pics tomorrow.
