I need to get rid of this, I have too much to work on at this point. I was going to use it as a winter beater, but found a vw truck instead. I need to focus on getting that ready and cannot deal w/ the passat. The car runs really well but does have a few issues. The car has no rust at all. Very clean...
It has a starter issue. It will start sometimes, and not start sometimes. It turns over, and the starter will either start the car, or it will whir and spin.
The shift cable is broken, and someone cut the front springs. I have suspension for it that I ordered, and a shift cable. (175$ from the stealership).
Interior is alright, no radio, temp controls are loose, but work.
Nada guides puts this car at 2100 in good condition. I am selling it farrrr below that for obvious reasons. You could get a kick ass winter beater out of this, or make some money fixing it up.
