Looking for custom labeling

I thought i read a while ago that a few people on the forum have custom labeling capabilities. My brother and I are working on a small project and are looking for a small quantity of private labels. We are looking to turn a photoshop design into a label for bottles.

Looking for any help, or people who could point us in the right direction.
