This is from my cube at work. It is the second time already this winter that people have parked 3 deep. The first time it was much worse and must have been half dozen cars that were parked 3 deep.
By the way the rows are straight off the entrance and supposed to be double rows according to the lines.

I think we should remove the lines from all lots and let anarchy insue!
We have the same problem at our work, but the rows seem to stay in line. What happens in our lot is peopleleave more space in between each car, sometimes as much as 3/4 of a parking spot. So I squeeze in an make it impossible for people to get into their cars from the drivers side.

What do you expect? People can't park properly when the lines are there and now you expect them to be able to park when someone erased the lines?

Anyone ever been to rosedale mall up by chipotle in winter?
Now THAT is horrible. sometimes there is a 20ft gap between cars then its barely wider then your car.
Angle parking on a diagonal road is to blame there

First thing I clicked
You get ticketed or towed if you are within 5 feet of a driveway in Minneapolis
but wait
This guy is also an asshole?

In Minneapolis, they measure from the end of the apron, not just where the driveway is. So that guys is a big ASSHOLE.

Yes. I agree THAT guy is an asshole. But what makes the guy who appears to be about 8feet from the driveway in the first photo.

Everybody does this in Wayzata. There would be twice as many parking spots in downtown Wayzata if people didn't leave huge gaps between them and the car in front of them.
I got yelled at once for doing that and had to move my car, funny thing is I was in a spot :\

When parallel parking I always leave just a bit too much space in front of me bacause EVERY fucking time I parallel park I get the asshole that pulls right up to my back bumper. This means if I don't leave enough space in front of me I can't get out.

I love it. I REALLY wonder what is going through the mind of the people that pull up to triple park someone else. I know the real answer is "absolutely nothing", but still. Look at how many are doing it. Hmmmmm, I think I will park behind this person, who is parked right behind someone else. This way they will not be able to leave unless the other person or myself leaves. Great!

Even though looking out my 12th story window I can see the lines.
Also that dark blue mark 4 Jetta in the upper part of first picture is parked. So not sure what the story was there. They either decided the middle of the aisle was good enough for them or a bunch of triple parked cars vanished.
How do the triple parkers not notice that they've totally fucked somebody else over? I could see pulling in, realizing something's gone awry, and then going to find a new spot. But getting out, seeing that there are three cars bumper to bumper, and then saying to yourself "good enough" and heading off for a day in the cube farm???

^^^ a good reason to carry a red paint pen like they use at car dealerships and write "INCONSIDERATE MOTHERFUCKER" on all of their windows. :happydance:

That would be fun to do in a 'vert- just pull in and jump out.

all the triple parkers are in the closes spots to the front, aka the lazy mother fuckers who cant stand to walk another 30 feet. These are also the people who drive in circles around parking lots at the mall waiting for the 'closer' spot.
Check out the full size dark truck in the upper-middle left side thats at an angle across 4 spots. classy.
Ryan, where's your mk3?
Wow...what sort of retard farm do you work at?
When I lived in Duluth I helped a guy yank a car out of the way with a tow rope because the tripple parked and were blocking in a lady with some young kids.
When we got the car hooked up he drug it half way across the parking lot...waaaaay out of the way :D

This was never enforced in my old neighborhood. I wasn't even aware of this law

If I had extra time, I would print that out and write a little note (not mean) and stick it under the wipers of the cars that are tripple parked.

I see some classy stuff like this all the time. I'm always the guy that parks in the back 40 at walmart, home depot, etc. and I swear every time I do there is some jack off park to close to me when I come out like WTF you had the entire parking lot to use and you had to door ding me still?
MN drivers typically can't park, merge, or drive in any weather it's really sad some times

Ahaha^
So what happens if someone had a accident with a car parked like that? I wonder if parked car would be at fault since they parked wrong?
Last summer I got off work early and was stoked to go ride my local skatepark. I go out to my car and both of the cars next to me literally had their mirrors 4 inches from mine. Car on the left parked normally. Car on the right backed into the spot like an asshat. It was to the point where I had to roll my windows down to get in. I was almost tempted to sit in front of my car waiting for one of the other 2 people to come back to their cars so I could say ask them wtf they were thinking.

I am only aware when I was getting a ride home with a buddy from his GF the night after drinking. Come out to see her car is gone. Found out later it was because she was within 5 feet of the driveway. I think the homeowners may have to call on you.

Last Friday when I left work.
I have been parking in the light rail parking ramp as it keeps the car cooler and gives rain/hail protection.
I wrote Ass on their driver's side window and rear window.
P.S. My car is the Jetta and not the A4.

I would have peed ass on the hood.
I left a wad of gum stuck under the door hnadle of a black Caddilac last week that was parked across two spots in an otherwise very crowded parking lot. I wished I would have driven the rabbit, i would have still been able to sneak into the 1/2" spot on his driver's side...the 5 series came nowhere close to being able to fit, plus I wouldn't want any door dings on it anyway.

Damn i had 2 great shots on my old phone I shouldve saved them. I went to eat and came out 20 minutes later and next to my Perfectly straightly parked tint MINI there is a huge suv diagonal in my spot over the line. so after i manage to maneuverer out. I go park about 3 blocks away to shop at Target for another 15 mins. I come out, I shit you not, there is another suv parked diagonally over my line again!!!!!!!

"No, I took one of my car..."
